Hello to all my foodie friends out there in Web Land hope all is well.  Me, I've been very busy for the last few weeks with catering, producing my products, and having fun at the Aiken Farmers market in downtown Aiken selling my food products with Aiken Dry Goods who are located at 110 Lauren Street.  I've also been busy this week with selling my products to businesses like, Cold Creek Nursery, Sara's Produce in Trenton, and Cook's produce in Edgefield on highway 25.  They are selling my products though their stores.  If you want to go view some write-ups on my products visit my post on https://www.facebook.com/madjon51?ref=hl&ref_type=bookmark and that should direct you to my product page MeMe's Pasta Gravy, MadJon's Salsa & MeMe's Cake Syrups.  Am trilled they are starting to sale more.  However I do have more time now to wrote on that part of my business.  I'll be in Atlanta working with dessert with the Les Marmiton men and am really happy to be doing that.  Selling at the farmers market with fresh made foods locally grown are the thing to do to get the best foods for your table.  They have fresh vegetables and goodies made by local farmers and cooks.  Last week I made a famous dish of mine made with MeMe's Pasta Gravy.  I made this dish up for a cooking demo I did at the S.C. state fair a few years back.  So its easy to make this dish and I made the grits with locally grown and milled right here in South Carolina  Any who they were a great hit and it also help[ed us sell out of product.  Anyway here is the recipe I made up for this dish and I hope you give it a try with MeMe's Pasta Gravy. You can order my products though my email address which is madjon51@aol.com.
