Buttermilk Pie Like Grandma used to make! From MadJon

Hey all hope all is well am taking a break from my busy life to send you a great Buttermilk Pie recipe that I used to serve at my café.  Hope all is well to all my foodie friends out there in web land and I will be posting more this year.  Thanks and follow me please.  MadJon.

Buttermilk Pie recipe

3 Eggs beaten

1 ½ cups Sugar

1 ½ cups Buttermilk

3 TBSP Butter melted

2 tsp. Vanilla

2 tsp Coconut

½ tsp salt

½ tsp Apple Pie Spice

3 TBSP Flour

1 pie crust 9” deep dish

Beat eggs add buttermilk then add the rest of your ingredients and blend.  Pour into a readymade pie crust and bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes until custard is set.
